Location - University of Surrey
The University is only a drive of 70 minutes from Northwest London and within 40 minutes of Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.
The dancing will take place in one of the University halls.
The residences and dining hall are situated within a 5-minute walk of the dancing halls in compact blocks with single rooms (with washbasin) or en-suite rooms (with toilet and shower).
A dairy, fish & vegetarian menu will be provided. No animal product or fat is used. Special dietary needs are willingly met but must be notified in advance. (Please note that no meat products are allowed in the kitchen or dining room). We can also arrange for supervised Kosher food.
There are some shopping facilities on campus and the town centre is only a few minutes away by car.
Travel to the University of Surrey
The University is accessible from the M25 motorway. We will be running a coach from Finchley (in North-West London) early on Sunday morning for those attending our special training course for teachers working with children and youth and those interested in stage choreography. Depending on demand, there will also be a coach returning to Finchley on Friday morning. The cost will be £25 each way.
Part-Time Attendance
Part-time attendance is possible. You can come to sessions, meals, and even stay just for one night. However discounted prices will not apply.

Scholarships
The institute is committed to encouraging young people to become involved in Israeli dance both from the UK and overseas, especially from communities where there is little opportunity to find sponsors locally. If you feel able to assist by making a financial contribution, we would be very grateful.
Summer Training Course 2024
BOOKING for special training course. This course is both for those who wish to attend Machol Europa but enhance their teaching skills for children and youth AND for those who just want to come for this special training.
You can just attend on the Sunday or Monday, but the precise programme timetable on these days will be based as much as possible on the needs of those who book. Sessions will not be repeated.
